REACH is about substances and certain volume thresholds. As most companies organize their chemicals information around incoming and outgoing products, the first step is to unravel your product information into information linked to individual substances. As a next step the relevant volumes for your legal entity must be determined and used to identify the volume-based data requirements. This is what we call a REACH analysis. It also aims at identifying which of your substances are exempted under REACH.

The output of the REACH analysis will be a list of substances under the scope of REACH, their calculated volumes and the volume-based REACH requirements.
